Pleasanton, CA – CastleView Estates is a green community in California that sits on 52 acres of agricultural and residential land in Alameda County. CastleView claims the title of being the first gated green community in California capable of recycling all of the energy used in the community.
This environmentally sustainable community pumps, purifies and recycles its own water to grow grapes and other crops. Basically maintenance free, the reliable system is monitored by a computer system.
