Arroyo Park Green Community

Taos, New Mexico – Situated amongst the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains is the green community of Arroyo Park. As a community, Arroyo Park strives to provide quality homes that are better for the environment and more energy efficient.
The wide open space is one of Arroyo Park’s biggest assets. The community itself is located on 54 acres in Taos County. Thirty-five homes will be built which leaves over 30 acres dedicated solely for open space. The air quality in Arroyo Park is excellent with very little pollution.
Homes in Arroyo Park are built using custom home plans and sustainable architecture. All the homes and condos are designed with traditional Southwestern architecture in mind and feature renewable energy systems, durable construction and natural materials. Homes and townhomes are both available with two or three bedroom floor plans. Luxury features within Arroyo Park homes include high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, natural gas log fireplaces, radiant heated floors, wood vigas and more. Take a look at Arroyo Park.
